Double sided tape!! It works for me! I would be afraid the duct tape would show or even leave a sticky residue when you remove it!.
They sell a product called "Hollywood Secret" but it's more expensive and the only advantage is tabs to make it easier to get started!.

However, there is a new invention called needle-and-thread and as I understand it, most people have been able to master those utensils!.
