I don't 'cause I'd hate the feeling of it sticking to my skin after I'm done showering!. No it's not bad for you!. It can, however, dull the jewelry or make it shine (depending on whether or not you use soap)!.

If it is not real it is a bad idea because the color of it will change but if it is real you can leave it on!. Thats what I do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
