That sounds really good!. :) I didn't have a "Sweet 16" party either, and it was fine by me!. In fact, the last time I had a party for my birthday, I was ten!. Not all of us are all for big parties and lots of presents, and that's OK!.

How close to Halloween!? if it's really close, combine the 2 holidays and have a Halloween birthday blast!. Dress up, go out trick or treating!.
See if your school is having a dance on Halloween, or close to it!. if they're not, suggest one to the dance committee!.
if there's a teen center or a local YWCA, see if they're having any Halloween activities that you can combine with your birthday!. if you're birthday is a Friday, make plans to have a girl's sleepover; or a Sweet Sixteen with all your friends if your budget allows it and your parents are cool with it!.

hi im 17 this october but for a bday party maybe you can go out with ur friends to the cinema and maybe have a sleepover after!. So u can have ur own little disco with all ur fave party music and some treats and watch tv and watch some movies and spend the night with ur best mates!. If not maybe u can get a limo or something and go somewhere with ur friends, it maybe expensive but it is always worth asking!. For my 16th bday i went to a concert, maybe u could see a show with a couple of friends and spend the night together!. There are loads of options but i really hope this did help u!. Maybe a fancy dress or a suprise party would be fun!. well anyway have fun

I agree with the movie thing, but I doubt you'll have to pay for yourself never mind your friends to go to a moive, it's your birthday they should be getting everything for you!. I spent mine being on meds wishing I could drink!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
