I've had something like 3 resolved questions reported and I think it's a total crock!. If there were some sort of problem with them, it seems like they would have been reported before they were resolved, not 2 or 3 months after the fact--but since the powers that be don't even bother reading appeals anymore, they don't know how old the question is!. It's getting to be ridiculous!.
And like a friend of mine and I were discussing earlier, why would you delete a survey from polls and surveys!? Come on!. And the definition of chatting is so broad they can use it to cover anything!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have not experienced having a resolved question reported!. That is absolutely ridiculous!. It almost seems not worth it to try to appeal it either because I totally lost 10 points for having them review their decision (because it was bogus) and they still said no and took 10 pts from me---booooo :-/
