oh most definitely!.
I try to forgive and go through this cycle of TRYING to forgive, then saying "okay i forgive so and so" and then being mad again when it's obvious they aren't sorry !.!.!.!.!. but !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. some things are nearly unforgivable!.
I KNOW that i am supposed to forgive, but it is difficult sometimes based on the severity of the offense!.
In time, i probably won't care anymore and will be as forgiving as i used to be !.!.!.!.!.!.!. but as for now, i can hold grudges with the best of them!.
I'm NOT vindictive (it's just not in my nature) and i usually give people 100+ chances, always overlooking the wrongs (as we all make mistakes and have bad days) !.!.!.!.!.!. but boy oh boy once you do major evil by me and piss me off for the last time !.!.!.!.!.!. it'll be a cold day in hell before i forget it!. (OR let "you" forget it)!.
I am STILL waiting for an apology from some people!. And mark my words !.!.!.!. i won't stop being angry until i get it!.
