Go for the real thing instead!. Raw onions! Slice them up in a pan with some hot oil, then put some meat in!. Brown the meat, carmelize the onions---tastes heavenly!

I do not understand, why would you want to!? Onion salt tastes great!. I use it all the time on nearly anything I cook!. it is even good on popcorn! Don't try to cure it, just enjoy it! If you insist on curing it, then I would say go cold turkey!. Rehab is for harder addictions!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
