The fault is of her parents, education system, media, but its her and the guys fault for still being dumb enough to not be safe, or unlucky enough for the rare case when the safety measures fail!.
But then again its not the end of the world!. And by then its too late to point fingers, which would only make things worse emotionally or relationship wise, between family members, friends, bf/gf, yadayadayada!. She has to make a choose, hopefully with the help of the guy (if applicable)!. She can choose to raise the kid, give it up, or abort!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's a combination of things!. If it is the parents, often times the bravado to have sex in the first place (at least in high school) is from their upbringing!. But inevitably, the reason for pregnancy is not taking precautions!. Those precautions are either not available, or not taught to the people properly so they end up not using them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
