Yes, I am!. I live in Laredo, Texas and although I know this hurricane is a category 2 with winds that DO NOT compare to those of Rita or Katrina, it is the rain I fear!. It has slowed down so much and massive flooding can occur!. Last I checked it was moving at 8mph!. I hope everyone who is in the path of this downpour comes out safely!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
