When I was a child we were at War with Germany!.
I was always hungry so happy to eat almost anything, except "Pomme" which was the forerunner of present-day instant potato!. It was absolutely disgusting and the only way I could get it down was with so much gravy it was almost liquid!.
Since savoury rice and pasta were unavailable, sometimes, bread, too, it filled gaping hole but I wouldn't eat it now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I hated tapioca pudding as a child, it resembled frog spawn and it took me ages to eat one bowlful! I just hated the look of it and the texture, i still couldn't eat that, or semolina!Www@Enter-QA@Com
