Every night, usually around 7pm I make myself a bowl of vanilla ice cream (3 scoops) and I load it up with M&M's!. It tastes so good while watching TV, especially if one of my favorite shows is on!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

For breakfast, bacon and eggs (which, if I do turkey bacon and egg whites, is quite healthy)!. If I don't have time, Life cereal!.
For lunch or dinner, chicken or fish with a spinach-based salad!. And everything has to be spicy (it's usually too much for the other people I cook for!)!.
For dessert, frozen yogurt or ice cream (but not much--between lactose intolerance, low metabolism, and the fact that each bite tastes the same as the last, it's just not necessary to eat more than 2 or 3 bites!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
