Currently, I am on a liquid diet for 2 weeks followed by a puree diet for 2 weeks then I am reintroduced to real food!. I have had a gastric lapband placed around my stomach so that over the next 18 months or so I shall reduce my weight to under 200lbs or about 90kg!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm not diets don't work, not long term!. I eat for my health and as a life style!. No sugar, low amounts of fake coloring and preservatives, little to no trans and sat fats, nothing enriched, bleached or ingredients ending in ose (glucose, fructose, all sugars) and lots and lots of activity!. plus I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs and never have!. plus I dont really give a rats rear end about weight just health!. Skinny doesn't equal healthy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

What is called the see food diet!. ie see food and eat it!.

I have a reasonably good metabolism and get plenty of exercise!. I am about 6 foot and 190lbsWww@Enter-QA@Com

None, I just exercise 5 times a week!.
