We're talking about Disney Land here!. There's many people who could've just been walking around and accidentally dropped it!. It's their problem they weren't careful about holding onto their money!. And you're not gonna get it back, because once they put it in the lost and found, it's gonna be claimed and gone in 20 seconds!. So you might as well keep it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Unless I observed someone distressed over losing something, or saw them frantically checking their purse/wallet for something missing, I would keep it!.
