I fought them at the beginning and never won!. They were fill in the blank questions and what sound or noise do you love!. Nothing bad, so I don't fight them now!. Wow I am impressed, I have never met anyone who actually won an appeal, well done you! YAY!Www@Enter-QA@Com
I appeal EVERY ONE of them, but only TWICE (in 2 years) have any of them ever been reversed!.
I've been told that you can appeal them up to 3 times, and "often" they will be reversed when appealed again, and again! GO FIGGR!
Sadly, in defense of all the violation reports, I'm becoming a "Guidelines" expert!. Frankly (and I've argued this many times with Y!A), they should SIMPLIFY their Guidelines because they are "beating off" many users because of the SUBJECTIVITY of many of their Guidelines!.
When I report someone's Q or A, it is only for the BLATANT and OBVIOUS violations (vulgarity, point gaming, obscenity, solicitation, etc!.)!. We don't need to be so darned STRICT with the ones like chat, rant, insult, etc!.
