It may not cheer me up, but it will balance me : I face it!. Take it as it's come, arrived, and may plan to stay until it changes to something else!.!.!.then face the "something else" as it is!. A sense of acceptance into happiness, crossing a bridge of contentedness will eventually be reached if you don't fight the lesser in-betweens!. Allow everything to fall into its' place!.!.!.go with the flow, as they say!?
Imagine not wanting to feel sadness, then how would you recognize its' contrast!?

Rarely do I have a bad day - but if it happens, I pull out my Bible and read Psalms!. I start thinking about how good God is to me and I just praise Him and thank Him for His goodness and mercy and grace!. I ask Him to lead me to someone who needs my specific help and I do what I can to bring spirit and life to that person!. It always makes me feel good to do good to and for someone else!. Then, I sing songs!. Singing always makes you feel good!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I love to take a warm bath with relaxing bath salts and scents!. Lavender always makes me feel better because it's suppose to be relaxing!. Taking care of myself always makes me feel better!. also watching a movie about someone who is going though something similar to me gives me insight and advice!.

Yoga Yoga Yoga! Haha!. I love Yoga!. It's relaxing to me!. Even though some of the moves are tough, moving on inhale, and changing position on exhale keeps the breathing slow and calm!. So, it really forces your body to relax and breathe - which is what most people will tell you when you're having a bad day!. "Relax and breathe" might as well be the same as saying "Do Yoga!" =PWww@Enter-QA@Com

Well, me!? I go on Youtube and type "nut shots"!. That usually does the trick!. If that doesn't work I consult with one of the wise ones (my parents)!.
