I lift weights twice a week, I have been doing it for almost two years now!. I used to play Soccer when I lived in Sweden, but since I moved here, my guy friends taught me how to play American Football, and it's now my favorite sport!Www@Enter-QA@Com
i've been working out since i was 13 so about 3 years!. but im never taking weight training again!. that class was full of freshman boys trying to sexuall yherass girls and only a few of the girls there actually worked out!. why sign up if your gonna sit there and not dress outWww@Enter-QA@Com

I have in the past, when I played girls rugby for 4 years!.

I use 2 x 6kg freeweights at the gym when i can be bothered!.
I have been doing it for a few months and i now have reall hard upper arms!.
