I used to make rockets!. In order to make sure that the rocket would not set anything on fire at the end of the flight, I always packed an explosive charge at the end of the fuel section!. That way, the whole thing would blow up and the bits would cool sufficiently on the way down to be both small and cool!. Nobody ever got hurt that way!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
