after you have a graduate degree and your voice is a bit lower but not raspy (as in smoker) or base is in a girl with an Adam's Apple and light beard!.

It's commonly a high pitched tone!. Just something that sounds very feminine!. Or something in between like Jodie foster's voice!. But that is probably as high as it could go!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
