i would talk to the next person you feel like you could confine in!.!. that is if there is someone else in your life you feel like you can talk to!.!. maybe a sibling or parents!? If it is something a bit more serious that you feel like you can only tell that one person I would maybe call the samaritons!. They are a really helpful organisation filled with people who will just talk to you and listen to what you have got to say with no judgement!. Once you have talked about what ever it is that is on your mind you will feel a whole lot better!.!.!. get it of your chest!.

My beautiful mum is no longer with us, so I talk to my older sister, but she is on holiday and I really needed her to talk to on Monday, so I phoned her mobile and chatted to her for half an hour, I am much happier now!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
