See your Doctor ,get champix tablets and its easy!. I smoked for 40 yrs, had a heart attack 8 yrs ago and stopped for 2 weeks I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE A NON SMOKER!. I take my tablets as directed and I have no craving for a ciggie!. Start the course and pick a date , maybe 2 weeks ahead as your quit by date, and then stick to the tabs its really easy I stopped 7 weeks ago!. Good Luck

I quit over 6 weeks ago with that new med Chantix!. Only side effects for me were wild dreams and stomach pain right after i took the meds!. so far so good!. It cost about $125!.00 a month, which is not much more than a pack of cigs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I would if I really wanted to give up but not in the frame of mind for it,,,good luck with kicking it though,,,try using the inhaler pens if you have trouble not having that ciggy in your hands,,Www@Enter-QA@Com
