!.!.!.it can be if one let's it!.!.!.I once knew a person that was truly against everything I did or stood for!.!.!.she frequently tried to make me "look" bad and told lies about me to try and sway people over to her camp!.!.!.I found myself also becoming consumed with playing "defense" just to save face!.!.!.after a while, I learned that I didn't need to do this!.!.!.most folks would eventually see the real me and shun the stories!.!.!.after I came to that mindset, the whole sorted mess got a whole lot smaller!.!.!.sometimes "enemies" "hang" themselves by their own actions!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is Time and Energy consuming!.
So, I personally, when I feel enmity, I try to rationalize too soon!.
I either find a solution, or I chose to forget all about it!.
I just can't waste my time feeling hostility!.
It damages my soul, my brain, my fun and !.!.!.my skin!
