But you are partially right, which is sad!.
Teens are becoming more open about sex, talking about it at inappropriate times, engaging in it whenever and wherever possible- a school bathroom, the park, even while parents and other family members are home!.
Plus, as the rice of everything rises, it's harder to keep paying 3 dollars every few days for a few condoms, and nobody wants to make an appointment to get a five or six free condoms, there-fore causing more unprotected sex!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
