Well, you could sue!. But they have saved my life!.
True story: I once fell off a cruise ship deck and landed in the water!. Having no life vest on and only a pack of lifesavers in my pocket, I sank quickly towards the sea floor!. Luckily, the pack of lifesavers (unopened prior to my fall) broke open upon my impact to the water (along with my hip bone), and this caused all the little candies inside to float to the surface!.
Someone from the ship noticed a bunch of brightly colored rings (luckily, I'd had the tropical flavors pack) on the water and told the captain, who turned the ship around!.
The ship turned around, and a diver successfully retrieved all the candy, and then was hoisted back up to the ship!.
Unfortunately, a few minutes passed before my shoe floated to the surface, finally alerting the crew to my accidental immersion!. After losing 4!.2% of my brain due to water damage, I was retrieved and saved!.

I have been doing a bit of investigating into this 'Fizzdude' character and have found out the following:
The user by the name of 'Fizzdude' is in fact another user named 'Judas Rabbi', a man in his forties from California!.
I found this out in the school computer labs when I hacked into his email account: Fizzdude and Judas Rabbi share the same IP address as well the same password for every new account made!.
Yahoo will not block Fizzdude's IP address as he is a top contributor on this site!.
Therefore Fizzdude and Judas Rabbi are the same person!.

When I was little my brother told me they're called lifesavers because if you accidentally inhale one you won't choke because there's a hole in the middle to let the air through!. So maybe they have!. :)

Actually when My sister was a baby my brother was letting her suck on one and she sucked it out of his hands and was choking on it!!! Almost killed her!! My mom freaked out, we was in the middle of church too when it happened! But she lived!Www@Enter-QA@Com
