Workplace violence is a concern at my organization!. I first ask them to take it outside if it's personal, and to get mediation if it's professional!.
If I feel threatened, I call Security!. There is no reason for colleagues to raise their voices at one another in my office environment!.

I was once one of those employees that was engaged!. I thought this lady was going to kill me!. I wished that someone would have stepped in and broke it up!. We went from one end of the building to the middle, nothing physical but she WOULDN'T LEAVE ME ALONE!!! Bully's!
