the conducter keeps the orchestra in rhythm and together!. The hand gestures are to que certain instruments in and each set of gesture is the beats!. like cut, 3/4, 6/8, 2/4, etc!. Without the conductor, the orchestra will enventually fall apart from one set of instruments say the bass because they keep tempo, will get to fast and creates a domino effect of everything falling apart!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
