My cornbread goes like this:
2 cups corn meal
1 cup flour
A little sugar!.!.!.don't know how much, just 'til it looks right
Milk!.!.!.again, I don't measure
If I'm low on milk I'll throw in a little mayo
2 eggs
Get the oil hot and put it in the mix!.!.!.and bake til golden!
