Because gravity is a relatively weak force!. For instance a small magnet can easily pull paper clips away from the gravitational pull!. So compared with nuclear/atomic forces and magnetism, gravity isn't all that strong!. And clouds aren't dense!. There isn't much to pull on!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
