Having two of each of those things help us receive benefits that just having one wouldn't!. For example with two eyes, we have a wider range of vision, two arms help us complete tasks, two legs help us walk and move, while just having one would be difficult to move, and two ears help us hear and identify in which direction the sound is coming from!.
