OMG it was crazyyy!. I absolutely loved it but I just need to clarify it a bit for me!.
1!. What was the brother's part in the show!? Was he a serial killer along with his sister but he wanted to hint Carlos about her secret!?
2!. Was Sam scared because she thought Carlos was a killer too!? because I think two serial killers would be happy together!.!.!.!.

Samantha's brother gave Carlos the note so that he would call off the wedding!. That way he (the brother) and Sam would be able to keep killing together!.
