Question: Settle an argument between me and my wife!.!.Is a watch considered jewelry!?
I won't say who thinks what to try and keep thing impartial!. We were watching Celebrity Family Fued and there was a category along the lines of "Things a wealthy woman would buy her boytoy", something like that!. The two of us were saying answers aloud and one of said a watch and then the other of us said jewelry!. One of us said "A watch is jewel" and thus the arguement started!. Things got really funny when one of the answers on the show was "watch/jewelry"!. We couldn't agree if that meant they were two separate answers or not!.

Jewelry's function is to be pretty and ornate!. A watches function tells time, sometimes date and must also be attractive to the wearer!. Often it is a status symbol much like a giant diamond!. Definitely jewelry!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
