Why do i keep getting chatting violations?!

i used to get those A LOT
what i do, is put poll in front of my question then also put another poll inside my question, that away no matter what ive asked a poll lol
thats the only way ive found how to avoid getting those violations
also, i had to clear all my contacts/fans cause i had a "troll" and then i just re added my contacts back

Anything that you'd ask someone in person they consider chatting!. Pretty lame!

I got a violation for asking "Do you like the weather where you're at!?" Which I thought was a legit question but apparently I was suppose to ask "How's the weather!?" so that it wasn't "personal"Www@Enter-QA@Com
