Question: Is it healthy!.!.!.!?
to weigh 124 pounds and be inbetween 5/6 and 5/7!?

Healthy can be many weights, shapes, and sizes!. What you are really asking is if you are fat; not healthy!. If you have half a brain you already know the answer!. Personally I would much rather be healthy with sexy curves!. I like to see a beautiful body when I look in the mirror, not a skeletal frame!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It depends on your physical structure!. Do you have a small frame, medium frame, or large frame!? That can have a lot to do with how much you should weigh!. But hey, I'm 5ft!./5ft!. 1in!. (I'm really not sure) and I weigh between 130 and 133 pounds!. I have a medium frame though, and a lot of the weight is muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat!. I think you're fine!. ^_^Www@Enter-QA@Com

A general rule of thumb regarding height:weight for women is 5 lbs!. for every inch over 5'0" is healthy!. So if you're 5'6" you can weigh up to 130 and not be considered fat by any stretch!.
Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so try not to be preoccupied with the number on the scale!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

im exactly the same hight , and weight, and belive me thats great! it dosnt mater if u are even 140 thats still good, just as long as u eat a good balance of food (and yes that does mean SOME fats, and sugars), drinking plenty of water, and geting at least 30 min of exersize each day, and maby even take a daily vitamin in the morning! DONT THINK U ARE FAT, CAUSE U ARE NOT, AND U HAVE TO BELIVE THAT OR U WILL END UP DEATHLY ANOREXIC ( anorexia is the fashon industrys fault, thier just a bunch of sleeze bags, so dont pay any attention to them)!!!

that is fine! if anything you can gain up to 15 more lbs and be fine! im 5'6 and im nowhere near fat! i run track and i eat watever i want and i weigh 135! im in great shape!Www@Enter-QA@Com
