Umm if your name is on the lease you cant leave like that otherwise he could get you in trouble cause if your names on the lease, your in charge of rent as well!.

I would tell him, well depending on why you are moving out - but if your name is on the lease you would still be responsible for your half of the rent until the lease is up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
