In fact I was pretty damn mad when my uncle told my mother he didn't want to go to a restaurant with her because she had an oxygen tank!.
If the Pogo People were anything like she was, they would probably feel self conscious enough for everyone!.

at first, i would be embarrassed to be seen with my feet-less family!. after the operation, though, that would give them pogo sticks for feet, i think their new found coolness would make them embarrassed to be seen on the streets with me, their uncool, ordinary-footed son!.
