I'd have a splitting headache most of the time because of all the 'voices' in my head!.
My boss would know that I wasn't really sick if I called in to work!.
My wife would never be surprised by the gifts I got her!.
There would be no way to tell if the 'voices' were real or part of a psychotic episode!.
There would be no reason to try to get to know someone!. You'd already know all their thoughts, likes, dislikes, etc!.
The only mystery in life would be if you were truly psychotic or not!.
