On a "first date" this would be too much, but assuming we knew each other a little!.!.!.
Go to a "cozy" bar/beer garden with Latin mix music (like salsa, meringue music, etc!.) with a few of our close friends, dance, have a few drinks, etc!.!.!. basically just have a fun time there!. Then leave there separate from the group (just me and the girl)!. It would either be snowing or raining outside, if rain I would carry an umbrella over the both of us and we would run back to the car and drive to my place!. Back there we'd change into something comfortable (lol, I don't mean that sexually actually)!. We'd put in a movie, I'd make some cool desert too!. Turn the lights down and even though this sounds cheesy, just "cuddle" and relax!. After the movie we'd go outside on the deck and it would the sky would have cleared up to no clouds, nice temperature, all the stars out!. We'd stand out there watching the stars and talking for hours until we got tired and cuddled on the couch till we fell asleep (and no sex, just cuddling kissing)!.!.!. Sex would be too crude for a special night like that!.!.!. just my opinion!.
My imagination got a little off track there, but that's one type of night I think would be so great!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

In my area there is a river with kind of a dock/boardwalk!.
A great date is just taking a walk there and kissing/cuddling and being playful!. My gf and I do this occasionally, then maybe go for dinner or something!. There are several nice restaurants w/in walking distance!.
One caveat: I'm not sure if this is really the perfect date !.!.!. or if it is just because of the person I'm with :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
