and we are still paying for it!.!.even though they caught the SOB!. To top it all off, another attempt was made a couple years ago!.!.and this year, someone got my wife's info and did the ATM thing!.

YES !.!. unfortunately -- the DIVORCE Courts ALLOWED it to happen -- and the JUDGE did NOTHING when I complained about the FACT that he was releasing MY personal Financial Information and the EX was using it to run up charges based on MY work experience/credit rating!.
(and this continues down through the years !.!. UNFORTUNATELY -- JUDGES and the LAW allows this to happen -- and I have to constantly be diligent and CHECK all the time)!.
I've filed the police reports, I've DEMANDED Prosecution, I've called and filed FRAUD Reports !.!.!. and each and every time -- the ex gets a slap on the wrist !.!. then I have to wait things out and KEEP a close eye on my finances!.
I am ALL FOR CHANGING Divorce Laws !.!.!. they NEED to be changed!. ESPECIALLY Those in the STate of California -- where my Ex decided to do the Divorce (because that State just is so unbalanced that they ALLOW people like my ex to make a substantial profit and torment after the divorce people like me (honorable, hard-working Humans who are RESPONSIBLE Adults)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
