Growing up in Kansas I have seen 2 in person!. My home town (Haysville) has been hit at least 3 times and it's only a couple miles wide!. The last tornado went right through the center of town only 3 blocks from where my mom, brother and step dad lives!. They still haven't built all the houses back and it's been 7 years or so!. I had a car that was hit by a tornado it had a huge dent in the hood where a tree fell on it!. My dad use to take me to Greensburg as a kid to see The Big Well and last year the whole town was wiped out!. I live in a trailer now so I hate it when the wind blows let alone when there's a storm!. Tornados blow!.!.!.!.big time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have never experienced a tornado, only a hurricane!. It was very scary and we couldn't come outside for a few days!. Everything was nailed down, and when we did come outside, most of the trees were blown down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Not a Tornado but a Huricane when i was young, it took the roof off our house and the windows out!.!.!. it was very frightening i would not like to go through it again, i certainly would not like to experience a tornado!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
