They are meant to cater to middle class white educated individuals!. IQ testing is an extremely poor way of evaluating an individuals intelligence and further stigmatizes and silences the voices of those who've grown up with out the access to education and money let alone the fact that America is multicultural and different cultures would answer the same questions differently excluding many from the right to vote!.

Maybe not an IQ test but a test to make sure they understand the policies of the main candidates and how they differ - 5 quick questions on, just for example, tax, health care, foreign policy, education, transport!. If they can tick the box, then they can vote !. Might rule out just about everyone including me!Www@Enter-QA@Com
