Question: Are my bride and I crazy or this more common than we thought!? (Details Inside)!?
We have been hearing and seeing much of the trend among young brides of "trashing" their dress!. They do not keep the dress, they go to the beach or a pool and take a swim, or splash themselves with champagne, etc!. Is this crazy that my bride and I would like to have a "going away dress" (A seperate dress that is worn after the ceremony and reception to leave for your honeymoon) and we want to trash THAT dress!. We planned to splash each other with champagne and smer cake on each other!. Is this crazy or is it actually becomming fairly common!? I want to clarify again for those that missed it, she will have a going away dress that she changes into half way through the reception so that she may dance more comfortably!. It is that SECOND dress that we wish to trash

I have actually never heard of this trashing of the dress!.!.!.until now, but I think that a SECOND dress (to trash) instead of the actual wedding dress!.!.!.is a brilliant idea and makes perfect sense to me!!! I say you guys should go for it!!!!!! =)Www@Enter-QA@Com
That's not crazy at all, I would much rather keep the dress I was actually married in preserved and clean for my daughter to maybe wear for her wedding in the future!.

Ya know, the best thing about weddings is that the couple can make it whatever they want!.!.!.it's all about you, if that's what you want to do, DO IT!!! I think it would be fun, the whole day is being "perfect", why not cut loose & be yourselves, I'm sure your guests would love it & if they don't!.!.!.OH WELL, it's YOUR day! well i have never heard of doing that to a backup dress but yeah its pretty common, they did a show about it!.!.!.i have even seen where the photographer follows and gets pics of her trashing it by walking barefoot threw mud puddles and once!.!.!.a paintball fight while in the wedding gown!.!.!.that was a very interesting pic to say the least!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think that trashing your wedding dress does not make much sense!. I think ya'll have a much better idea!. Your bride may want to keep it for the memories and maybe to hand it down to your daughter to wear when she is married!. Best wishes to you both and happiness always!Www@Enter-QA@Com
