This morning because my car broke down and my husband was at work!. :(
I spent most of the day trying to work out which bus to get on to get to somewhere I knew so it was a bit rubbish!. :p But otherwise I'll usually have a bus ticked anyway!.
Unless I'm going shopping, in which case I'll use the city bus!.!.!.last time was saturday!?

My car died several years ago, and I haven't replaced it!.
If I can't get someplace by bus, bike, walking, or taking a taxi, I'll rent a car [like when I go up to L!.A!. for auditions 4-5 times per year]!.
With a $60 bus pass and about $80 in cab fares, I'm spending about $140 per month for transportation!. That's far less than a car payment, car insurance, and gas & maintenance!.
Owning a car is a great CONVENIENCE -- but it's not a NECESSITY!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Took the bus to work today!.
Gas is about $4!.69 a gallon and I drive a pickup that gets not so great mileage, so I've begun taking the bus to work to save money!. $15 a week to take the bus, or about $45 a week in gas!. Pretty decent savings for a minor inconvience of the bus!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

In March, when we went to NIOSA!. Any time there is a popular event in downtown San Antonio like NIOSA, it nice to take the bus there because you don't have to deal with the traffic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Um, not that long ago!. I can't remember when, but it was the MARTA in Atlanta that I rode!. Whenever I spend time with my dad in the city we use MARTA!. Otherwise we just use a taxi because he doesn't drive anymore (he's been ill for about 10 yrs now)!. :]Www@Enter-QA@Com

Wow, that takes me back!.!.!.When I was around 12 years old I think!.!.!.A friend and I took one all over the city!.!.!.didn't have a drivers license between us!.!.!.and had places to go and people to see!.!.!.Huh, those were some fun summer days!!!! :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
