Reducing calories isn't necessarily necessary!.!. It all depends on your metabolism!. Working out burns *some* calories, but the real reason working out makes you lose weight is that it keeps your metabolism high for a few hours after that!. The problem is when you intake more than your metabolism can take care of!. This is changed into fat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
