Possibly!. As I recall from the Disney cartoon of "Alice in Wonderland", the mouse poked his head out of the teapot and was dizzy and disorientated!.
And while we are charging those two, we could also charge them for theft and graffiti!. They stole the White rabbit's pocketwatch, and stuffed it with jam and tea and they bashed it with a big wooden mallet!.
