Nothing that you listed is bad, if not taken to excess!. I just don't think that makes someone "artificial" just because they've had some work done, or they have fake nails!.!.!.it's very hard to be 100% natural!. If you use a shampoo that's supposed to make your hair shine, then you're a tad artificial too right!?
