It sounds mad but boil the kettle by the time the kettle has boiled I am usually simmering down!. It also gives you time and space to think and if all else fails you can always have a cup of tea!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to hit the refrigerator but now it's called rest, relaxation, prayer, meditation!.!.!.thinking about all of the great things in life rather than the few 'problems' that lurk in the darkness!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i yell and scream which is accompanied by throwing whatever is in my hands!.it works for me(i have four year old twin sisters,needless to say i get stressed a LOT)Www@Enter-QA@Com
