I'm not sure!. !. !. but i guess Veoh is legal :D i watch all the animes there!. oh oh! and crunchyroll too :]] but the quality is bad and most of the anime series gets licensed !. !. !.
I personally don't care if its legal or not, as long as theres anime, i watch it xD
