Well, I know it ain't me!.!. but I have worn kilts many times!.
I really can't say one specific thing!. For example, my wife used to wear a white shirt and black pants as a uniform!.!. and I found that extremely alluring!. Simple, nothing fancy!.!.but I lit up every time!. But there are other things she can wear that will do the same!. Ya know!.!.!.now that I think about it, it's more about how it's worn that what!.
And oh yeah!.!. I wore the kilts properly!.

i'd go for the wet-and-drenched look in guys!. just a white buttoned-down shirt (unbuttoned all the way, of course) with a pair of black pants!. this is the look that says i-just-got-drenched-in-the-rain!. smexy!!!
