I live in this state and I think it's great for people who like to be outdoors!. The Native American and Mexican culture are deeply rooted in this state and it is reflected in the architecture and language!. For those who have an appreciation for experiencing these cultures as well as the desert outdoors then this state definitely should be one the must see list!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have but it was some time ago!. Santa Fe was a small gowing town the first time I saw it!. Now it's a city but the people decided that companies coming there would have to fit into the "santa Fe" style and not the other way aorund!. This is quite a departure from typical cities who don't care what the companie that come there do or look like!.
also, there is a Spanish linage that goes back to when Spain first came to this land!. People of that liniage are very proud of it and do not want to be called "Mexicans!." Can be a little tricky til you get the hang of it!.
THere used to be a thriving art community in Santa Fe and Taos!. I hear Taos is now a growing town/city which would be a shame as it was very small when I saw it and in many ways looked like it probably did a hundred or more years ago!.
Climate - heavy winters and hot summers in the mountains!. Used to be in the rural areas people were the law which was cool and not so cool!. A neighbor didn't like your dog, he might shoot it!. The police might say it's a personal problem, so what do you do!?
Alburqurque is a city city and I hear it has typical poverty/gang problems like any city has!.
If I was going to move there - I'd visit a few times first - especially if coming from the East Coast or even the Mid-West where lifestyles are completely differentWww@Enter-QA@Com

I did, I loved those little houses, forgot what you call them, the ones made out of clay!? I was there for a small tournament, but its a cool state!.

I drove through!.!.!. it was really boring!. Nothing cool to look at!. Some of the areas around the interstate looked pretty poor, as well!. Lots of trailers and junked cars!. I'm sure if I'd have gotten away from the interstate it would have been much better, though!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
