I guess you could say that, being that I live in Puerto Rico, an island in the Caribbean where its never winter and the lowest it gets its like 80 degrees, and we are not even talking of the days when it rains a lot and the dryness afterwards!.!.!.lol!.!.!.it has been a hot dayWww@Enter-QA@Com
Southern Ca!.has lots of cooler air,I live in San Antonio,TX!.it is 98 degrees F!.At 2 a!.m!.it's still in the 90's,at Christmas time,shorts are still worn!.You can wear shorts 12 months out of the year it is too/very humid here,SERIOUSLY!Www@Enter-QA@Com
