I'd probably put them in the recycle bin, then drop a dime to the local newsies, and take video as they dig through the trash bin, and put that video up on Youtube, after editing in video of the documents!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If I found 'Top Secret' government files left somewhere, I'd avoid them like they carried the Black Plague!. Files of that type, if found by someone other than authorized personnel, tend to have a recovery process involved, generally performed by gun-toting bad*sses!.
