Sweet tea made with loads of real sugar is bad for you if you drink a lot of it!. However, it's just fine as an occasional treat, so enjoy it! Just don't drink it at every meal!.
I was raised on it too, but because my grandfather's diabetic and my dad has a thyroid problem (genetics), we make our sweet tea with sweet'n'low and just a bit of cane sugar to take the edge off- it still tastes great, and it's much better for you!Www@Enter-QA@Com
